Kids can have “Lunch with the Library” each Wednesday this summer from June 5 until August 21. Lunch is at 11:30 AM at the La Porte City City Park. Children eat while they listen to themed stories and finish with an activity. Bring a blanket to sit on. Free sack lunches are provided for children by the LPC Police Association, LPC Women’s Club, LPC Lion’s Club, LPC Specialty Care, LPC Chamber of Commerce, and Hawkins Memorial Library.
